提高脂肪移植存活成功率的研究进展(3)

    综上所述,临床上对脂肪组织的处理从最初的大体积移植到目前最新的SVF-gel移植技术,以及各种辅助因素的研究,为脂肪移植提供了更广阔的前景与思路。SVF-gel移植技术的高保留率及ECM对细胞的支架作用,为脂肪移植技术开拓了新的思路,需进一步的研究与发展,相信随着移植技术的不断完善,移植存活率将逐步提升,使脂肪移植更广泛的应用于临床。
